Erica is the co-founder of our company and although not present in the office much anymore, is still very connected. She is a sounding board for all our crazy ideas, and also travels with Mark to many different candy shows looking for that next ‘needle in a haystack’. She has a refined eye for trends and cutting edge concepts, as well as creatively thinking about new markets we should be branching into. This creativity drives some of her passions as well, such as painting, sculpting and interior design, her work is so good! Erica’s favorite treat was a dark chocolate bar with Raspberry filling that we used to carry. Who thinks we should bring this delectable bar back?!
